• Resolution: Upon receiving your claim, we will review it and arrange for a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

• Eligibility: We offer a 50% money-back guarantee on hair oils in sizes 8oz and up if you see no results after using the product.
• Requirements: To qualify for this guarantee, you must:
  • Use the product as instructed. Refer to the instructions provided on our website or on the product packaging.
  • Provide video evidence showing the correct usage of the product from start to finish.
  • Submit before and after photos demonstrating consistent use of the entire bottle.
  • Ensure that both the video and photo evidence include proof of the date on which they were taken.
• Proof Required: Send the video evidence, before and after photos, and any other relevant details to info@growthgardenbeauty.com . Ensure that your video and photos clearly display the date.
• Refund Process: If your submission meets the criteria, we will issue a 50% refund of the product’s purchase price. Only one refund per customer per product is allowed.

• Instructions: If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item. Please return the product in its original packaging if possible.
• Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for items received damaged.

• Eligibility: If you accidentally purchased a product or no longer want it, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@growthgardenbeauty.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

• Misuse or Damage: We will not provide refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling after receipt.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
